Welcome to Mining (Reward Protocol). While we operate as a decentralized liquidity platform on the blockchain, we are strictly committed to preventing financial crimes, including money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud. By accessing our platform and participating in our liquidity pools, you agree to comply with our global AML and Know Your Transaction (KYT) regulations.
We utilize advanced on-chain analytic tools to continuously screen all BEP-20 wallet addresses interacting with our smart contracts. Our system automatically flags wallets associated with:
Any wallet matching these criteria will be permanently banned, and funds will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.
To prevent bad actors from using our platform as a quick pass-through for illicit funds (wash trading), our automated risk engine monitors for exceptionally large, sudden, or suspicious liquidity provisions.
Strict Protocol: If your transaction triggers our AML security parameters, your deposited funds and generated yields will be placed under a mandatory lock-up period for a minimum of 7 days up to a maximum of 15 days. During this period, all withdrawal requests will be temporarily suspended.
If your account is placed under the AML lock-up period, our compliance team will initiate an investigation. Because our platform is anonymous by default, verification is handled exclusively via official email communication.
Asset Forfeiture: If a user refuses to provide a valid Source of Funds (SOF) within the 15-day lock-up period, provides forged documents, or is proven to be depositing stolen funds, Protocol reserves the right to indefinitely freeze the assets and report the wallet address to international cyber-crime enforcement agencies.
By connecting your wallet and depositing USDT into the Reward Protocol, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this AML policy. You accept that liquidity lock-ups and SOF requests are standard security measures designed to protect the integrity of the entire ecosystem.
